Lilli Palmer (24 May 1914 – 27 January 1986), born Lilli Marie Peiser, was a German actress and writer. She won the Volpi Cup, the Deutscher Filmpreis three times, and was nominated twice for a Golden Globe Award.

In her youth, Lilli Palmer was considered a desperate tabletennisist. She was nominated for the World Cup in Berlin in 1930, where she lost the individual world champion Mária Mednyánszky under her maiden name Lilli Marie Peiser. After that, she was ranked 9th out of the German ranking by the German Tabletennis-Bund DTTB. Peiser often played mixed with Heinz Nickelsburg.

In addition to her literary work, Lilli Palmer was also a successful painter.

Lilli Palmer died of cancer at the age of 71 in Los Angeles and was buried at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California (Plot: Commemoration, Map 1, Lot 4066, Space 2).
