Frederick Loewe (born June 10, 1901 in Berlin, Germany, February 14, 1988) was an American-American composer of Austrian-German origin. He worked with the lyricist Alan Jay Lerner on a series of Broadway musicals, including My Fair Lady and Camelot, both of which were made into films.
Loewe died at the age of 86, and was buried in the Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City, California.
