Description
Buddy Holly (bourgeois Charles Hardin Holley, born September 7, 1936 in Lubbock, Texas, USA, February 3, 1959, Mason City, Iowa) was an American rock 'n' roll musician and singer. His most famous titles include That's Be the Day, Peggy Sue, Oh Boy! And It Does not Matter Anymore.

On 3 February 1959, Holly, Valens and The Big Bopper were killed near Mason City on their way to their next appearance in Moorhead during a plane crash-presumably caused by a pilot's pilot's fault. Holly was buried four days later in his hometown.
